Bâli, UCLA Professor of Law, will begin the dinner with a keynote discussion, “Turkey’s Pivot?: Relations with the EU and NATO after the Migration Crisis and the Failed Coup” to be followed by a panel of students returning from studying abroad in Europe. Panelists will share their experiences, discuss Europe, and answer questions.
