Scripps College celebrates the new, but respects its traditions. On May 14, the class of 2016, as Scripps’ 86th annual Commencement, took part in the institution’s ceremonies to celebrate its distinct accomplishments.

Scripps College’s 86th annual Commencement takes place on Saturday, May 14 at 5:00 p.m. on Elm Tree Lawn. Interim President Amy Marcus-Newhall will preside over the ceremony, and Madeleine K. Albright, 64th U.S. Secretary of State, will give the commencement address. This year, 206 seniors will cross the stage to receive their diplomas.
