Favorite thing about Scripps: My favorite part about Scripps, and the reason I chose to go here, is the classroom environment. When you walk into a Scripps classroom, you really have 20 professors, not just one, because your classmates are equally likely to teach you something as your professor is. The Scripps classroom is a space where people can ask questions, share, and listen to and with one another and grow as a group and as individuals.
Why a women’s college: Women’s colleges are places that students can find their home in spaces that were designed for and by them. The history of Scripps is a reflection of the impact students have had to make this place their own. You can even visit a tapestry of our history by checking out the Graffiti Wall in our Rose Garden!
