The Claremont Concert Orchestra

The Joint Music Program of Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Pitzer, and Scripps Colleges presents The Claremont Concert Orchestra performing symphonic works by Sergei Prokofiev and Florence Price.

There will be two performances. An evening concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 2 and a Sunday matinee at 2:00 p.m. on March 3.

Concerts will be held in Garrison Theater at the Scripps College Performing Arts Center.

The program includes a performance by one of the 2023 Concerto Competition winners, pianist Evelyn Chan (Scripps ’25) for the

Prokofiev Piano Concerto No. 1

and Florence Price’s Symphony No. 1.

Admission is FREE and open to the public.
