Wendy Martin is Professor of American Literature and American Studies at Claremont Graduate University, and the author of numerous books, edited collections, essays and reviews about American women writers and other topics in American literature and culture. Sharone Carmona Williams has a Ph.D. from Claremont Graduate University in American Studies and is managing editor of Women’s Studies: An Interdisciplinary Journal. She coordinates creative writing programs for incarcerated teens in L.A. County; she was also named one of the 50 outstanding Hispanic alumni by Cal State Fullerton in 2007.
There will be a book signing following the reading.
