During this workshop, 2016 LLAiR Maya Higgins ’10 will emphasize the importance of realistic goal-setting, strengths-based leadership, reimagining what is possible, and achieving success through a positive mental outlook and support system. Participants are given the tools to be active in this process as well as reflective. Snacks will be provided.
