| Professor Huang received an invitation from the Global Forum on Migration and Development to participate as an academic representative in the 11th Global Forum on Migration and Development Summit Meeting in Morocco, in recognition of his International Conference on Refugee Studies and Human Rights (ICRSHR) award, December 2018. He received an Asia EnviroLab Faculty Lab Award for his fieldwork project “Nature and the Spirit: sacred artistic practices and ecology in Bali and China” (Bali: Subak water temple system and Pemangku gamelan; People’s Republic of China: Daoist temple Louguantai and Yongji Puzhou Fruit Association), January 2019. |
