Suchi Branfman – Dance

Professor Branfman produced and directed two films which had virtual screenings:

·      “Freedom Time,” New York Art Book Fair, NYC, NY, February 2021;
·      “Undanced Dances Through Prison Walls During a Pandemic,” at Dancing Through Prison Walls and Critical Resistance, April 2021, and at the 18^th Street Arts Complex, April 2021.

Her documentary dance film “Angee’s Journey,” (2020) was screened at the following:

·      Scripps College Dance Department, February 2021;
·      This is Not A Gun and Critical Resistance, March 2021;
·      Mama’s Day Bailout, Philadelphia, PA , March 2021;
·      Pasadena City College Dance Department, April 2021.
