This workshop, which ends at 5:30pm, gives a theoretical and experiential introduction to the Life/Art Process®, a unique movement-based approach to expressive arts developed at Tamalpa Institute. This integrative method explores and enlivens dialogues between body and imagination, life experiences, and art making.
