Congratulations, Millennial Leaders Program Cohort 2019!
The 2019 Millennial Leaders Program cohort included leaders from AXA GIE, AlixPartners, Bank of the West, Capital Group, EY, JP Morgan, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Schiaparelli, among others.
Participants from the United States, Canada, Belgium, and France overwhelmingly agreed that they developed a stronger understanding of their own leadership style and the intersections of socially constructed identity and were able to better define opportunities and challenges associated with women’s leadership following their attendance at the Millennial Leaders Program.
