The Claremont-Mudd-Scripps women’s track and field team had two athletes place in the top-five in their respective events at the NCAA Indoor National Championships on March 10. Bryn McKillop ’19 was the National Runner-Up in the 3,000 meter run, finishing with a time of 9:39.04. Tyra Abraham ’18 placed fifth in the 60 meter dash, clocking a time of 7.668. With All-American finishes from Abraham and McKillop, Claremont-Mudd-Scripps finished the championships tied for 18th place with 12 points in their first appearance at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field National Championship Meet.
