Regional, National Publications Herald Selection of Scripps College’s Ninth President
Scripps College’s announcement of Dr. Larissa Z. Tiedens as its next president was featured in regional and national newspapers and higher education publications including Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and San Gabriel Valley Tribune in Southern California, Inside Higher Ed, and Stanford University News. Tiedens, who currently serves as senior associate dean of academic affairs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, will become the ninth president of Scripps.

She credits her time at Scripps as instrumental to her professional success, commenting, “I think a well-rounded, liberal arts education is a good preparation for any career.”
