In the Media: “Explore Scripps” Video Series Featured in Inside Higher Ed

Rachael Warecki and Jacqueline Legazcue, of Scripps College’s Office of Marketing and Communications, explore the creation of a data-informed, sustainable social media video series in Inside Higher Ed. “As the higher education landscape becomes more competitive, with a long-predicted decrease in the applicant pool looming,” Warecki and Legazcue write, “now is the time for colleges and universities to effectively reach prospective students by capitalizing on these trends and meeting students where they are on social media platforms, watching and engaging with video content that can take them beyond the traditional campus tour.” The College’s “Explore Scripps” video series is available on Scripps’ Instagram Reels.
