April 15 marks the beginning of Scripps College’s week-long takeover of The Academic Minute podcast hosted by President of the American Association of Colleges and Universities Lynn Pasquerella. The podcast features researchers from colleges and universities around the world as they tell listeners about “what’s new and exciting in the academy and of all the ways academic research contributes to solving the world’s toughest problems and to serving the public good.”
Fletcher Jones Chair in Art Ken Gonzales-Day is the first guest for Scripps’ takeover of the podcast. In his episode of The Academic Minute, he discusses how “photography can reveal many hidden things about the people who lived centuries ago.”
