Ellen Finkelpearl, Helen Chandler Garland Chair in Ancient Studies and professor of classics, was elected as a delegate for California Democratic Party in Assembly District 41. Assembly district delegates are responsible for planning and attending informational meetings throughout the region and working with other delegates throughout California to represent their community.
