Beauty in the Workplace

Devon Hartman, owner of Hartman-Baldwin Design/Build, will speak on “The Urge for Beauty” on Wednesday, December 11, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. in the Hampton Room of the Malott Commons on the Scripps College campus. Hartman will give a slide-lecture that will emphasize the human need to work in an aesthetically pleasing environment. Winner of over 30 national and local design awards, Hartman-Baldwin Design/Build is a premier architectural restoration firm that specializes in high-end residential remodeling, new home design, and historic restoration.

Scripps College’s Fine Arts Foundation, created in 1935, hosts this program as part of its mission to stimulate public interest in art and to raise funds to foster art education and programming at Scripps College.
