Associate Professor of Biology Melissa Coleman is featured in the Oct. 9 issue of Current Biology about her work as a neuroscientist at the W.M. Keck Science Department of Scripps, Claremont McKenna, and Pitzer Colleges. The article highlights Coleman’s research in Ecuador, where she studies the cooperative behavior of duetting plain-tailed wrens in order to better understand how the nervous system produces defined behaviors.
