Scripps College President Lara Tiedens, the College’s ninth president who began her term in August, answered questions from the media and extends the same opportunity to Scripps community members as she is introduced this fall to various stakeholder groups of the women’s college which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year. Tiedens was recently interviewed by the Claremont Courier newspaper and student newspapers at The Claremont Colleges, has created opportunities to meet informally with constituent groups on campus, and invites alumnae to join the “In Person” sessions as she visits event locations across the U.S.
