Scripps College earned a spot in the Princeton Review’s annual book of outstanding colleges for academics, affordability and career prospects.
The College is profiled in the new 2016 edition of “Colleges That Pay You Back: The 200 Schools That Give You the Best Bang for Your Tuition Buck.”
Princeton Review editors based their selections on a return on investment rating score that included more than 40 data points. The data, including cost, financial aid, graduation rates and student debt, was drawn from surveys conducted in 2014-15 of administrators at 650 colleges and of students at those schools. They also factored in data from PayScale.com surveys conducted through April 2015 on starting and mid-career salaries of alumni of the schools.
The 2016 book is the second expansion of the Princeton Review’s annual “Best Value Colleges” list and book first published in 2004. The full listing of colleges and universities is available at http://www.princetonreview.com/colleges-pay-you-back.
