Scripps Live Arts presents LitBlitz Open Mic on Thursday, November 17, 2011, from 8 to 9 p.m., in Scripps College’s Vita Nova Hall, Intercollegiate Women’s Studies lobby. Snacks will be provided and the event is free and open to the public.
LitBlitz will feature literary readings and stand-up comedy routines by Scripps students and faculty members. Ellie McElvein ’14 will perform her stand-up at LitBlitz; she has performed in venues in Los Angeles and Chicago and at The Claremont Colleges.
