Sean Flynn, associate professor of economics at Scripps College and the author of the international best-seller Economics for Dummies, will headline the 2017 High Desert Economic Summit during the group’s annual conference in Victorville on April 27, as reported in the Victorville Daily Press.
An occasional commentator on Fox Business, ABC News, and NPR, Flynn will talk about the economic impacts of the current political and regulatory climate, and will offer insights to help business owners and other regional decision-makers understand the ever-changing political environments in Sacramento and Washington, D.C.
Flynn is also co-author of the best-selling college economics textbook, Economics: Principles, Problems and Policies. His views about using Singapore’s healthcare system as a model for replacing Obamacare were recently featured by Fox News.
