Scripps College Announces Appointment of Vice President and Treasurer

After a national search that involved many members of the Scripps College community, President Lori Bettison-Varga announced the appointment of Joanne M. Coville as vice president for business affairs and treasurer of the College, effective July 18, 2011. Joanne will fill the position vacated by James Manifold, who retires June 30, 2011, after 29 years of service to Scripps.

The Scripps College 2011 Reunion Weekend drew raves and record crowds last weekend as more than 400 alumnae descended on campus. Reunion, which ran April 28-May 1, included receptions for the various classes, a 5k fun run, wine tasting, and art gallery receptions.
