A Sense of Place
– Out of Print –
Students were asked to write about their favorite place on campus. They were required to write while physically in that place, and to develop imagery right there as well. One place was the kiln, and another has you sitting on a variety of couches. They were allowed one double-page spread to bring us to that place, to make us feel as they did. Imagery was created using a variety of printmaking techniques including linoleum blocks and relief etchings. The paper is Arches Cover. The edition size is 48 copies. The book is bound with a long stitch binding in Canson paper wrappers with a bookcloth spine. The size is 11″ x 15″.
